The company’s policy is to develop and cross train its employees in all departments of the hospitality sector. Our commitment to employees to empower them to make decisions and become proud service delivery individuals. Where possible, it is the policy of the company to assist hotel school in service students with vacation work and training especially Historically Disadvantaged students.

With a background in quantity surveying and over two decades of entrepreneurial experience across construction, transport, and hospitality, he has built Mavuta into a symbol of excellence.
