Behind Rivoni’s success is a leader whose story mirrors the Group’s spirit. Mr. Thulani Rollins Nkuna, founder and Managing Director, brings over two decades of expertise in construction, quantity surveying, and strategic enterprise management.
Having completed projects exceeding R900 million, Mr. Nkuna’s leadership combines technical excellence with human insight. His guiding belief, success through people shapes the Group’s approach to business, mentorship, and community empowerment.
From his early entrepreneurial ventures to leading a diverse portfolio spanning construction, fuel distribution, telecommunications, and property development, his journey is proof that determination and vision can build futures that last.
