CELLPHONE TOWER DEVELOPMENT & LEASING
This business focuses on the development, construction, and ownership of celphone towers, which are then leased to mobile network operators. The primary objective is to provide reliable infrastructure that enables telecom companies to expand and improve their network coverage without the need to invest heavily in building their own towers.
The process involves identifying strategic locations with high demand for network coverage, securing land rights or leases, obtaining necessary permits, and constructing compliant, high-quality tower structures. Once built, these towers are rented out to one or multiple cellular service providers, creating a steady and recurring income stream.
By offering shared infrastructure, the business reduces costs for telecom operators while maximizing the use of each tower through multi-tenant leasing. This model ensures long-term contracts, stable revenue, and scalability as demand for mobile connectivity continues to grow.
Overall, the business plays a critical role in supporting telecommunications infrastructure while generating sustainable returns through rental agreements with mobile network companies
